Instructions

Wash and reel off the cherries and put them in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with sugar and Kirsch and let it sit for two hours.

Cover the baking dish and place in hot oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

Let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
