Pear compote
Instructions
Dissolve the sugar in the water and add the vanilla.
Peel the pears, remove the seeds and core, and cut them into quarters.
Pay in the flavored water and cook them until they will be soft.
Drain the syrup and arrange them in 4 cups.
Cook the syrup to thicken, remove the vanilla and pour over pears.
Serve warm compost.

- 1000 g of pears kaiser
- 100 cl of cold water
- 700 g of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 2 lemons
