The yoghurt cups
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy.
In a bowl mix the cream with the reduced powder macaroons and bananas peeled and pureed, then, stirring, stir in the yoghurt.
Divide into 4 bowls, refrigerate for about 1 hour, Garnish each cup with an amaretto whole and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 250 g of double cream yogurt
- 1 banana
