Instructions

Peel the apples and pears, cut into slices, put them in a bowl with half of sugar and brandy, mix and leave in the fridge for about an hour.

Squeeze the oranges and lemons and mix the remaining sugar.

Divide the fruit into four bowls, sprinkle with the juice of oranges and lemons and serve.
