Instructions
Fire place, very low flame, a saucepan with a glass and a half of water and 100 g sugar; melt the sugar, then remove the saucepan from heat and perfumed with vanilla syrup.
Cut the bananas into pieces, emerge them in the syrup and let the warm, moderate focus, for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Then estraetele from the syrup and instead put the peach jam, which will dissolve, moderate heat.
Let cool completely and banana jam.
Spread now the vanilla ice cream (purchased already prepared or homemade) in individual dessert cups, forming small balls with the appropriate tool.
In the banana cups and pour over the liquid jam.
Serve immediately.

- 4 bananas
- 1/2 jar of peach jam
- 1 ice cream base
