Cream hot chocolate
Instructions
Beat egg yolk with a tablespoon of sugar, then add a glass of milk, 100 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces and, if desired, a liquor for flavor.
Cook the cream in a double boiler, mixing continuously until it is smooth and slightly thick.
