Instructions

Heat the milk without boil it and pour it over the tea and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy cream then add the potato flour stirring constantly.

Filter the milk and pour over the egg mixture, stirring to mix well.

Add the vanilla and put on low heat stirring so as not to form lumps.

Let simmer for 3 minutes and then let it cool.

Pour into 4 bowls and keep in the fridge.
