Instructions
Put on the heat in saucepan 1 100 g sugar and 1 tablespoon water and let it caramelize.
Remove from heat and when the caramel is cool, pour the egg yolks, remaining sugar and flour.
Mix a little at a time, adding the warm milk.
Put the saucepan on the stove and cook on a low heat stirring until the crust of sugar will be dissolved and the cream will be homogeneous.
Divide into cups sliced peaches in syrup with cloves and sprinkle the cream.

- 3 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 500 g of peach compote
