Instructions

Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add potato starch, milk, vanilla and cook in a Bain-Marie for about 20 minutes, stirring.

Slice bananas, split into four bowls, pour in the cream and refrigerate for an hour.

Decorate with grated chocolate and serve.
