Lime cream with fruits
Instructions
Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan with 1/5 of the lime juice, then allungatelo with the remaining juice.
Dissolve the gelatin, softened in water and wrung out in hot mixture and add the yoghurt.
Let cool and, a few seconds before the mixture is set, add the whipped cream.
Arrange the fruit in cups, add with the distillate of raspberries, cover it with the cream and let it firm up in the refrigerator for two hours.
If you want to, you can decorate the preparation with cream and lime slices.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 120 g of sugar
- 8 cl of lime juice
- 3 sheets gelatine
- 175 g of yoghurt
- 15 cl of whipped
- 350 g of fresh fruit cut into small pieces
- 2 cl of distillate of raspberries
