Buckwheat crepes with apples
Instructions
Preparing very thin crepes and fill them with small slices of scalded rennet apples in butter and mix with Quince Marmalade and honey.
Put baked with caramelized sugar on top.

- 8 buckwheat crepes
- 4 apples renette
- 2 tablespoons of quince jam
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Butter
