Coconut tart
Instructions
Allow to thaw the pastry, then spread it in a pan.
Gather together the coconut, icing sugar and granulated and the almond essence.
Finally mix in the egg whites very firm.
Pour the mixture over the pastry, evening well with wet blade 1 knife, and put in the oven at moderate heat for about 30 minutes.

- 1 pack of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 100 g of grated coconut
- 40 g of granulated sugar
- 40 g of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of almond essence
- 2 egg whites
