Milk tart
Instructions
Line a tart mould with pastry and prick the bottom.
Prepare a cream by beating the eggs with the sugar, Add flour and cold milk.
Mix well the mixture and pass it through a sieve.
Pour it all over the pastry and go in hot oven for about 25 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of short pastry ready
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 25 cl of milk
