Crusts of shrimp and fontina
Instructions
Put to soften into a glass of milk fontina, previously cut to size of the slices of bread.
Spread the bread slices with the butter and place them on a buttered oven.
Put on each a bit of chopped spring onion, a little flesh of shrimp and the drained milk fontina.
Pass hot oven for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of cassette bread
- 1 jar of prawn flesh
- 4 slices of fontina cheese (large thin slices)
- 20 g of butter
- 1 cipollina novella
- Little of milk
