Blanched almonds, deprive the skin, place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix thoroughly and pour some rum at a time until mixture is smooth and soft.

Tip: Alternatively you can toast the bread slices in hot oven for a few minutes and decorate them immediately after they have been smeared with cream, with chopped almonds.
