Instructions
Cut the bread into slices and spread over 1-2 cm of liver paté.
Cover with the brine, then sprinkle fine chopped raw onions.
On this put a poached egg that you adjusted to fit with a glass.
So if you like, cover the egg with tiny cubes of gelatin.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 2 strands of fresh bread
- 200 g of liver paté
- 200 g of brine language
- 1 onion
- 1 egg to every slice of bread
- Gelatin in crumbs
