Chocolate delights
Instructions
Melt the chocolate with the cream and 50 g of sugar.
Beat the eggs with the remaining 50 g of sugar, then add the chocolate cream, vanilla and rum.
Pour the mixture into a mold from splined pudding.
Bake in the oven at 200° c in a water bath for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, then turn out and serve with biscuits.

- 100 g of grated dark chocolate
- 400 g of sweet cream
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 tablespoons of rum
