Instructions
Rattle off the cherries, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and let stand for 2 hours.
Place in pan with their juices and the liquor and boil slowly for a few minutes.
While cool whip the cream, sweeten with powdered sugar and fold the ricotta sieved.
Arrange cups in cream cheese and spread the cherries with their sauce.
