Chocolate Cake (Dolce di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Work the cream butter with sugar, egg yolks, melted chocolate, rum and egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a mold with hole, moistened with the rum.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours, Invert on a serving dish, garnish with the whipped cream and serve.
