Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the semolina and stirring constantly, then add the boiling milk.

Pour the sugar and cook over low heat until mixture is thick.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Place the candy in 4 individual bowls, sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with pine nuts made toast for a few minutes in a pan.
