Mocha cake
Instructions
Cut the dough margherita in two layers with a well sharpened knife.
Prepare a Mocha cream working the butter in a bowl until cream is reduced, add then, little by little, the egg yolks and the icing sugar and eventually even the half cup of cold highly concentrated coffee.
Use this cream to spread the layers of cake that you wet before liquor, and finally all the dessert that you will decorate later as desired using the syringe.

- Margherita pasta
- Maraschino liqueur
- For the cream:
- 250 g of butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of strong coffee
