Mint elixir with honey
Instructions
Put to soak in a vase mint leaves with alcohol for about 2 days.
Add the wine and lemon peels, let it sit another two days and filtered.
Add 150 g of honey to make liquor more palatable.
Consumed fresh in doses of 1-3 cups a day.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of peppermint
- 200 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
