Appetizer pear with the thermomix
Instructions
Chop ice and Pears: 30 seconds at speed 5.
Merge their juice: 30 seconds at speed 7.
Pour in a jug, combine champagne and serve immediately.
Tips: to note that proportions the ratio is 1 to 2 (300 G of mixture of pears, 600 G of sparkling wine).

- 1 box of pears in syrup
- 5 cubes ice
- 1 bottle of brut sparkling wine
