Apple dumplings
Instructions
Peel the apples and scavatele.
Make small incisions and rotolatele in 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with cinnamon before you.
Roll out thawed puff pastry to a thickness of 3-4 mm (you can also use pectin) and cut into 6 squares large enough to EnCase apples.
Fill the insides of apples with raisins, walnuts, a teaspoon of sugar and a knob of butter.
Arrange apples on ' pasta ' handkerchiefs that floating on the fruit and you will decorate a knot of dough.
Brush the parcels with the yolks, place them on baking sheet coated with a special paper and bake for about 45 minutes in a hot oven (200 degrees).
Serve the apples warm, accompanied by cream.
