Instructions
Grind the amaretti and soak the raisins.
Peel the apples and remove the core with the appropriate tool.
In Bowl combine 1 sugar, amaretti, sultanas and almonds well squeezed cut into fillets.
Mix and fill with this stuffed apples.
Divide into 4 parts the puff pastry, it is fanned out into 4 squares, place over stuffed apples and seal them, gathering up the corners.
Put on greased baking dish and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.

- 400 g of frozen puff pastry
- 4 apples renette
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 20 g of sultanas
- 8 peeled almonds
- 8 amaretti biscuits
