Instructions
Boil and pass the potato masher.
Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water and a pinch of salt.
Place the flour and incorporate potatoes and yeast.
Work the dough until it is smooth and soft.
Arrange and flatten it in a pan greased with oil.
Raise close to a source of heat for 2 hours.
Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven piping hot for 25 minutes.
