Fonduta alla valdostana
Instructions
Put in a casserole dish 450 g fontina valdostana at room temperature, a spoonful of flour, stir and add a glass of cold milk.
Let it sit awhile then put the specimen on normal fire, stirring constantly with a spoon; baking courses making sure the fontina does not bubble.
When the fontina cheese is melted, remove the Pan from heat and mix with a whisk, add 4 egg yolks.
Put the mixture on the stove and keep on stirring so that they Cook eggs with fontina cheese.
As soon as the fondue will become smooth, serving hot dishes, accompanying it with slices of bread fried in butter.

- 450 g of fontina valdostana cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 glass of milk
