Traditional balsamic vinegar omelette
Instructions
Slice the onion and fry it in oil over low heat.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs together with the chopped aromatic.
Add the onions to eggs.
Return to heat 3/4 of the remaining oil, pour the contents of the bowl and cook the omelette.
Put it on a plate and pour gradually the balsamic vinegar.
Serve very hot.

- 6 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of aromatic rosemary, chopped coarse salt, sage, basil, garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
