Knead the flour, butter, sugar and egg yolks; roll out the dough into a pastry not too thin and, pressing with stencil or 1 with 1 shot flipped, obtaining many diskettes.
Place them in a buttered plate and sprinkle them with a little sugar kept aside.
Bake in moderate heat rather remove them just have browned.
