Fruit smoothie
Instructions
Wash and dry fruit.
Hazel's Private peaches and apricots.
Peel the Kiwis and remove the strawberry petiole.
Put in Blender with whole strawberries, kiwi, peaches and apricots sliced.
Add the milk and sugar.
Blend until you have a long a composed of homogeneous colour and consistency.
Bake in four spacious Smoothie glasses and serve with a spoon from the long handle and a large straw.
Garnish the edges of the glass with fruit wedges as desired.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of milk
- 1 kiwi small
- 4 ripe apricots (about 400 g)
- 2 peaches-walnuts (about 400 g)
- 300 g of strawberries
- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
