Strawberry jelly
Instructions
Cut strawberries and let them macerate in kirsch and sugar for 1 hour.
Meanwhile prepare the strawberry jelly which then add drained of their strawberry sauce.
Put everything into a mold and then in the fridge for 2 hours.
Put the jelly on a platter and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of strawberry fruit jelly
- 350 g of strawberries
- 100 g of sugar
- Kirsch
