Instructions

Wash the redcurrants and put it in a pot with a glass of water.

Simmer for 8 minutes or until the berries popping not; stir continuously.

Collect the juice and pesatelo.

Put in a pot in equal quantity, the juice and sugar.

Stir continuously removing the foam that forms during cooking.

Cook until boiling and bottle when it is still hot.
