Pippermint get ice cream
Instructions
The dessert is prepared 3 hours before consumption.
Mix the egg yolks in a saucepan with the starch and sugar until the mixture becomes light in color.
At this point, incorporate, little by little, the boiling milk and cook over low heat, without ceasing to stir with a wooden paddle, turning in the same direction until the cream has got the right consistency.
Remove the saucepan from heat and allow to cool.
Add the cream and a glass of Pippermint Get.
Whisk the mixture again.
Pour together in a plastic container for the freezer.
Stir two or three times the cream, as it is freezing.
When serving, unmold the ice cream and water it with the second glass of Pippermint Get.
This ice cream can be made with other spirits, according to the taste.
