Fruit ice cream
Instructions
Blend the fruit after it has been cut into large chunks, then add sugar, working until you obtain a homogeneous pure mount aside from the cream, add the mashed fruit, stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
Put in the freezer in a low container, metal, for a few hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of fruit peeled and stoned
- 20 cl of very cold cream
- Sugar
