Coffee ice cream with zabaglione
Instructions
Mix the egg yolks with sugar until white and frothy.
Add slowly the marsala.
Place over heat and flame to remove just the mixture begins to thicken and bubble.
Let cool.
Put the ice cream in individual plates and pour over the zabaglione.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cups of coffee ice cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 g of sugar
- 2 cups of marsala wine
