Honey ice cream and poppy seeds
Instructions
Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise, remove the soft core with the help of a knife.
Mix the egg yolks with sugar, honey, poppy seeds and vanilla and put to bake in a Bain-Marie, banging until quite foamy.
Put the Bowl on the ice and continue to whisk the mixture until complete cooling.
Combine the whipped cream and put in freezer to freeze.
When serving use a spoon dipped in boiling water in advance.
