Plum ice cream (2)
Instructions
Put in pot 50 cl of water and sugar and simmer the syrup for 5 minutes, then allow to cool.
Deprive of plums, pit pass them through a sieve and mix the past in syrup.
Stir in the lemon juice, stir and pour into ice cream maker.
In the absence of the ice cream maker, pour into a container and place in freezer.
Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for 3 times.
Serve with ice cream, to taste, with sour cherry syrup.

- 350 g of 2 quality of plums
- 280 g of sugar
- 1 1/2 of lemons (juice)
