Ricotta ice cream
Instructions
Surf mount them with the egg yolks and sugar, brandy and the sieved ricotta.
Stir well, put the mixture into a mold lined with aluminium cassette and leave in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Serve cut into slices ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of brandy
- Chocolate sauce
