Homemade gin
Instructions
First check out the yellow part lemon peel with vegetable peeler.
Put in a pot the spirit, juniper berries, the chopped lemon zest and sugar.
Close the jar tightly and let marinate for at least 3 weeks, more if possible.
Then filtered and bottled.
Eaten after a five-month seasoning.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of our brandy
- 1 cup of juniper berries
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 150 g of sugar
