Mushroom salad
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms and celery and slice very finely.
Chop the celery leaves.
Rub the walls of a salad bowl with a clove of garlic and add the vegetables.
Dress the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix gently before serving.

- Coastal 4 of white celery
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
