Instructions
Boil for 2 minutes the filtered juice of an orange with a few mint leaves; turn off and let it cool.
With la mandolina (or the slicer) cut the cucumber into very thin slices.
Prepare the pineapple slices; slice strawberries lengthwise.
Accommodated in a whole fruit plate, slightly overlapping in circles, starting at the outermost lap you pineapple, continuing with the cucumber, grapefruit and, finally, the strawberries: the final effect should be that of a colorful flower.
Pour over the orange juice and bring to the table.

- 100 g of peeled cloves of pink grapefruit in vivo
- 100 g of ripe pineapple pulp
- 100 g of strawberries cleaned free
- 100 g of cucumber washed away
- 1 orange (juice)
- Fresh mint
