Mushroom Salad (Insalata di Funghi)
Instructions
Wash, clean and cook separately steamed 600 g small mushrooms, 250 g of green beans, 1 large carrot cut into rings and white turnips sliced 6.
Prepare a salad with these ingredients and 250 g raw sliced mushrooms.
Drizzle with 2 crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and a splash of white wine vinegar.
Garnish with strips of a baked red pepper and serve.
