Instructions
Check the beans, rinse multiple times and cook for 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain and let cool.
Boil the shrimp for a few minutes using possibly a basket for steaming.
Meanwhile Peel the mushrooms, discarding the earthy side of the stem; quickly wash and dry them.
You can then slice them thinly by spraying straight lemon juice so that they don't turn black.
Divide half the clove of garlic and rub vigorously with both the bottom and the walls of a small bowl where you put the beans, mushrooms and shrimp.
Dress the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper and stir well before serving.

- 250 g of small fresh mushrooms
- 300 g of thin green beans
- 100 g of frozen shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
