Shrimp Salad (Insalata di Gamberetti)
Instructions
Bake for 10 minutes in lightly salted boiling water shrimps.
Drain, let cool, then cut into small pieces.
Place in a salad bowl with the shallots, chili pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
