Instructions
Chop the onion and diced celery chopped.
Mash the egg and join the asparagus tips you have boiled, walnuts, mayonnaise, onion, celery and boiled and peeled shrimp.
Place 2 lettuce leaves in every glass of champagne and pour over 1 tbsp of salsa that you have prepared.
Serve garnished with whole shrimp and lemon slices.
