Shrimp and avocado salad
Instructions
Chop the pistachios and mix them with a nice dash of white pepper.
Cut Avocados in half, remove the core, spray them with lemon juice and then cut them into thin slices.
Add the boiled shrimp, stir, Sprinkle chopped pistachios, salted, seasoned with oil just paid.
Stir and serve.

- 2 avocado
- 200 g of shrimp tails
- 50 g of peeled pistachios
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- Lemon juice
