Melon salad
Instructions
Cut in half horizontally, depriving it of the melon seeds and filaments and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Put the ice cubes in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and a few drops of worcester, the lemon juice and Chervil leaves.
Mix and let stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.

- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon of chervil leaves
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
