Melon salad (2)
Instructions
Deprive the melon seeds and filaments and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Put it in a salad bowl and season it with a pinch of salt, pepper, lemon juice, a few drops of worcester and Chervil.
Mix well and keep in the refrigerator, covered, for about 2 hours.
Before serving sprinkle with olive oil and mix again.

- 1 unripe melon
- 2 lemons
- Olive oil
- A few drops of worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- 1 teaspoon of chopped chervil
