Breed salad with almonds and walnuts
Instructions
Boil the breed in salt water and aromatic vinegar.
Arrange on serving dish the watercress washed and dried.
Remove from heat, divide race in uniform pieces and put it on the bed of watercress, walnuts and sprinkle with almonds.
Sprayed with the agresto (5 cl) and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of clean race and stripped of the skin
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 250 g of fresh nuts
- 150 g of almond
- To boil the breed:
- Saltwater fish
- 5 cl of aromatic vinegar
- For the agresto:
- 100 g of olive oil
- 50 g of lemon juice
- 6 leaves chopped mint
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
