Shrimp and broccoli salad
Instructions
Blanched for two minutes broccoli in a saucepan with salted boiling water, then cool them under running water.
Prepare a marinade by mixing in a bowl, vinegar, olive oil extra virgin olive oil, salt and a ground white pepper.
You blast the shrimp in a pan with olive oil, then sprinkle the pretzels.
In a bowl mix the broccoli with red lettuce and endive salad, and toss with the marinade.
Spread the vegetables into four individual dishes, place in each of these three shrimp, add the marinade and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 16 florets of broccoli
- 4 tablespoons of good wine vinegar quality
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 12 fresh peeled prawns
- Some leaves of red salad
- 1 heart of frisee salad
- Salt
- White pepper
